SCloudSaver complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international intellectual property standards. SCloudSaver is a client-side conversion proxy and does not host, store, or index copyrighted audio files on its own servers.

2. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content accessible through our conversion tool infringes your copyright, please provide a written DMCA notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the specific URL on SoundCloud that you request to block.
• Your contact information including legal name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate.
• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner or representative.

3. Submission & Response

Send formal DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent at dmca@scloudsaver.com. Valid notices are processed promptly, and matching track URLs will be blacklisted from our conversion backend within 24 to 48 hours.
