1. Overview

SCloudSaver (“we”, “us”) provides an online audio extraction utility. We respect your privacy and operate under a strict minimal-data policy: we do not collect personal information, require user accounts, or maintain browsing history.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Personal Data: You do not need to register, enter an email address, or provide any personal details to use SCloudSaver.

SoundCloud Links & Audio: The URLs you submit are processed in memory solely to fetch metadata and deliver the audio stream to your browser. We do not store downloaded audio files on our servers.

Tracking Cookies: We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking profiles.

3. Server Logs & Security

Temporary web server logs containing standard IP addresses, user agents, and request timestamps may be maintained for up to 7 days purely for DDoS prevention, rate limiting, and server health monitoring. These logs are automatically rotated and deleted.

4. Third-Party Interactions

When resolving a track, our service communicates with public SoundCloud APIs to retrieve track title, artist name, and album cover artwork. No user personal identifiers are transmitted during this process.

5. Children's Privacy

SCloudSaver is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from minors.
